Michael Henry is an experienced military personnel who has dedicated over three decades of distinguished service in the United States Army Special Forces. Throughout his 29-year military career, he has delivered results for the Department of Defense (DOD), solving complex communication challenges in some of the most contested and dynamic environments worldwide. Specializing in directing communications for elite units under the U.S. Special Operations Command (SOCOM), Michael Henry's work ensured uninterrupted operational connectivity, directly supporting DOD priorities across joint and coalition forces.

Upon transitioning from military service, Michael Henry assumed the role of CEO and senior partner at Industrial Communications Group, LLC (ICG). At the company, he provides advanced, integrated communications solutions globally to gas and oil commercial companies. Under his leadership, ICG specializes in designing and implementing data, voice, and video communication systems tailored for austere, contested, and infrastructure-limited environments.

Between 2018 and 2023, Mr. Henry served as the joint tactical integration technical and operational director at the Joint Staff J6. In this civilian capacity, he led multiple high-profile projects involving collaboration between government and industry to address global communication issues. His work directly supported DOD’s SOCOM integration efforts and helped identify and transition cutting-edge technologies.
